章律师是美国注册反舞弊师 (CFE)，并持有ACI注册国际职业培训师资格。他于2022年加入四川致高律师事务所。
在此之前，他曾任四川韬世律师事务所及四川环奕律师事务所的合伙人律师。他的职业生涯早期在企业内部担任高级法务及合规职务，包括担任卫材（中国）药业有限公司的全国法律合规主管，以及可口可乐企业管理（上海）有限公司的高级法律顾问。

Mr. Fangqiu Zhang is a counsel at the firm who brings extensive experience as a senior legal and compliance manager at several Fortune 500 and multinational corporations. Prior to his current practice, he served as Senior Legal Counsel for The Coca-Cola Company (Business Services, Shanghai) and as National Legal & Compliance Supervisor for Eisai (China) Pharmaceuticals.
This significant in-house experience provides him with a deep, practical understanding of complex commercial operations, internal compliance, anti-fraud investigation, and risk management. He skillfully integrates his international compliance perspective with local legal practice to deliver precise and effective solutions for clients.
